Native Apps
Each new platform comes with a unique set of challenges, advantages, disadvantages, technologies, etc. Some are a pleasure to work with, and others not so much. One thing is for sure - they are all quite different even at the most fundamental level, their chosen programming language. You'll encounter Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, ActionScript, Flash, BrightScript plus more. Each platform also has a custom SDK you must understand and keep up with as it evolves. Lets face it, getting an app built is only part of the problem. Maintaining it is labor intensive.
Veedios eliminates the need to pick and chose. It also eliminates the need to dedicate resources to each platform. Most importantly, it does so without adding yet another language or SDK to the mix. With Veedios, you simply specify the location of your videos, select an application template, customize the design, and identify the platforms for distribution. Our platform will generate a native application for each of the chosen platforms. We also provide assist with the app store submission for each platform. Yes, even that process is wildly different for each platform.

The platform aggregates information about the videos, automatically categorizes and tags them, and allows for searching through the collection. Consumers are more likely to watch an increased amount of content when they can easily browse and search.

Building an app is the first half of the equation. Enabling users to find and install your application is equally important. Most platforms offer application stores (catalogs) for app discovery. Each platform has different rules and requirements for submitting and approving new apps. We're here to help! We are experienced in working with the guidelines for each of our supported platforms.

Veedios not only helps put your videos in front of more consumers and make access more convenient. It also helps you understand how you videos are being viewed. Veedios provides statistics to help you understand how many times a video has been played and which platform is getting the most usage.

A public profile page is created for each new application. This page serves as a great way to share an application with potential consumers, garner additional visibility for your content, etc. This doesn't replace platform specific app stores, but rather serves as an added bonus.
